I use ‘Headway’ to manage my billing and admin work. ‘Headway’ manages everything related to confirming appointments and payments (out of pocket and insurance), to make things as easy as possible for you.

What to expect: Once you tap the “Book an Appointment” button it will take you to my ‘Headway’ page where you may schedule your appointment. Following you scheduling your appointment, the ‘Headway’ team will reach out via email or phone, to help you set up your account and add your insurance and/or confirm payment details. You’ll see your cost/session ahead of time and can check on your benefits at any time there.

How to contact the Headway team: You can reach the ‘Headway’ team directly through their contact form that they will be provide to you. They can help with any insurance, billing, or account questions.

Cancellation policy: You may cancel appointments in advance without charge, as long as notice is received 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. For appointment last-minute cancellations, or no-shows you will be charged a $75.00 fee.
